2001 – Rubbermaid’s first entry into the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series with rookie Kurt Busch

2001 – First season Sharpie became title sponsor of the Sharpie 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway

2003 – IRWIN Industrial Tools enters NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series in 4 events

2004 – Kurt Busch wins NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series Championship

2005 – IRWIN & Sharpie are co-primary sponsors in NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series

2005 – IRWIN Racing Europe title sponsor of the SCSA race series

2005 – Gavin Seager finishes the season with two podium places and 9th position overall for the series

2006 – IRWIN becomes primary sponsor of Jamie McMurray in the NEXTEL Cup Series

2006 – IRWIN Racing Europe title sponsor in the Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain race series

2006 – Finished third during the season, won Best Driver Award (Danny Watts) in Silverstone Finale, finished with a track record of winning 13 races out of 20.

2007 – IRWIN Racing Europe sponsorship in the Porsche Supercup Pan European Race Series with Driver David Saelens.

2007 – February 9 th IRWIN Racing ANZ became a naming rights sponsor in the V*8 SuperCars Championship series, unveiling the #26 Ford Falcon

2007 – Jamie McMurray sits on the pole at Sonoma and wins the Pepsi 400 in Daytona by a record setting .005 seconds.

2008 – IRWIN Racing Europe Sponsorship in the Porsche Supercup Pan European Race Series expands to two car team with David Saelens and Patrick Huisman.

2008 – Marcus Marshall takes over the wheel of IRWIN's no. 26 Ford Falcon in the V*8 Supercars Series.

2008 – Jamie McMurray and Marcus Marshall team up to help IRWIN in their search for the Ultimate Tradesman.
